Headliner Woes - '86 5KCSTQ

Hi all:

My headliner is sagging _big_ time. I'm the one that did his
windshield this weekend. Looks like all the humidity helped it detach.
Called GPR for a price. $400+! At that price I'll put a little toy dog
on my rear deck and call it a day. Any words of
wisdom/direction/source out there or just condolences(sp?)?

P.S.  I will definitely try some 3M adhesive for the interim but...
