And therein lies the problem. The right hand sweep (or in Phil's case,
left hand) puts a pretty strong beam of light on any overtaken vehicle. 
You don't want to hang out in the passing lane any longer than necessary
if you have someone in front of you.  And you should never be a left
lane (talking US now) cruiser under any circumstances.  In Phil's case
he no doubt has the euro remote aiming system which allows tweaking the
light aiming. I finally installed the aimers after I realized that my
"perfect" aiming job related to flat terrain and no trunk load. Change
those parameters and you get some real POed people. BTW, I run 100/90
H4s & 100 H3s in my 200.
