Yep, it's true.  They do use the same format as us.  I had a brain fart, but
all is well.  The *Europeans* use PAL format.  I thought I heard somewhere
that the japanese systems are able to play *both* american and japanese games.
At least that's how it was on the early PSX and N64's......
