Removing Front Bumper of Ur-q

The power steering pump is on the top of the engine, secured by 3 bolts with 
13mm heads.  The top two are easy - to get the bottom one you need to remove 
the steering pump pivot bolt or use a special Snap-On socket (EHQM13?).
 
The bumper is a good foot and a half further down ...
 
Anyway, the bumper is essentially secured by two bolts with 17mm heads.  The 
left side of the car (in direction of travel) you can get to easily from 
below.  The right side officially requires the removal of the intercooler, 
although you can get to the bolt with a Langline or open-ended wrench through 
the right front headlight hole.

Unless, of course, you have a US bumper with these strange energy-absorbing 
mounts ...
