RE: H4s, where to find?

I saw an ad in the latest version of the JC Whitney catalog.  I also
noticed that they had higher wattage 9004s available as well.  I'm
thinking of trying this route with relays before finally biting the
bullet and getting the Euro light conversion on the 5k.
