Inspection advice - NW Ohio or SE Mich.?

I'm probably going to travel to Toledo, Ohio tomorrow afternoon to check 
out a '91 Coupe from Detroit, Michigan.  The car has 94K, and is priced at 
$10,5.  Can anyone recommend someone to do an inspection in Northwestern 
Ohio or Southeastern Michigan?  (I know this is a shot in the dark...)  As 
a last resort I suppose that I could find a dealer...  (Aiiigghhhh! NO!)  I 
will also be able to talk to shop who worked on the car until a couple of 
months ago...

In lieu of a real inspection any brief advice about what I should I look 
for on my own?
