4ksq manifold question

Hi all.  Just wondering about this little- I hope it's little but  fear it
could be big- problem.  Looks like a bolt that holds the manifold to the
block has snapped.  About two inches of thread visible.  So under load, it
is separating enough to allow exhaust to blow out.  This seems to be the
mysterious engine click I've been experiencing only under load/torque.  Is
this a huge job to have this bolt and seal replaced?  It's not the fifth
cylinder, which I've heard is a nightmare to fix.  It seems like all the
other seals are ok.  I'm taking the car in to have this looked at on Friday.
Just want to know what I'm in for.
