Gryogenic Tempering? worth it? general info (no audi content, directly at least)

Hey all...i was just wondering if anyone on here knows any info on the 
cryogenic tempering process and if it truly does provide the results that 
the companies claim.  I saw a TV segment on it a few years ago, and am 
debating my friend about it...

I have heard it mentioned on here in terms of brake rotors and such, so 
im sure someone knows somethingabout it...

hehe...audi content, umm...i would want to get alot of stuff on my car 
tempered, yeah, thats it..
