How about a long M14 X 1.5 bolt with its head cut off?  Thread it in and it
keeps the rotor and hub aligned while acting as a guide pin for the tire.
Unscrew  and replace with regular wheelbolt once the wheel is fully on.
Could've used this last Saturday when I changed my front rotors.  Think
I'll try it this weekend.
