Re: OXS function / performance

Which reminds me of a question I've been thinking about for a while.
I read that if you contaminate an o2 sensor with lead, it can be cleaned
by heating with a propane torch. I was wondering this about any o2 sensor
that was not lead contaminated. I had an old one lying around, so I heated
it. They conduct *alot* of heat. Even long after the heating. Anyhow, the
tip was extremely clean afterwards. No more whitish residue. It looked
almost brand new. I wanted to know if it might function brand new.
