how true!
one mfg's "low loyalty rate" is another's "conquest sales".
try this one: "i came in 2nd, you came in next to last."
statistics can be stated so as to tell nearly any lie you want.
suppose the above statement was written "Audi has the highest conquest
sales rate by far. about XX% had previously purchased BMW and YY% MB".
same raw numbers used, sounds like a different study was conducted...
