Where can one obtain this product? Is it different/better than Kroil?
Thank you Igor for your ongoing series of great info re: EM's, studs, etc.
Since I know someday sooner or later I will have to deal with the EM on my 87
5kcstq I'm wondering what the best way to go will be. I'm guessing switching
to the two-piece? Anyone know what the best source and aproximate cost of
this? Perhaps for sake of archives a complete list of "the best fix" for
"exhaust manifold syndrome" may be helpful. I gather the risks (of breakage)
go up when trying to replace all the studs but based on your experiences it
sounds like it maybe worth the risk, especialy if one is replacing with the
two-piece instead of welding up and refacing the original. Since this is a
major job that seems common all btdt's will be much appreceated by myself and
others.
