Oil pressure sender

Hi All,
Last night my oil idiot light came on for a few seconds at 70mph. Oil
pressure gauge said all was well, temps were normal. Stopped & checked
dipstick- oil level fine. Drove home gingerly, changed oil (Mobil 1,
factory
filter, as always). Went for a short test drive and all was well.
So whazzup? Electrical glitch? Could my oil pump be bad? The car never
uses a drop between changes, and although I'd let the changing go a
couple
months longer than normal, I can't imagine the viscosity drop due to age
would cause this symptom. Please help!

The sender is cooked. Pretty typical.
If the analogue oil pressure gauge contradicts the idiot light,
disregard the idiot light sender.
Too bad on the 200, unlike any 5000, it is combined with the analogue
sender in one expensive unit. It was ~$54 last time I replaced it.
