these are available from any tool truck (snapon, mac, matco, cornwell,
etc) as well as K-D tools, which are stocked in nearly every hand tools
specialty store i've been in and most automotive parts stores (pep
boys, trak auto (r.i.p.), etc.)
sometimes you get just the hex stock piece with the spline machined on
one end, which you can drive with the appropriate socket (10, 12,
13mm?).  others sell either the hex piece fixed in a socket or a one
piece with square drive.  i have examples of each of the three types
among my 8, 10 & 12 mm triple square tools.

i recently  bought yet another 12mm because the 13mm stock was the correct
size and length for the fuel injector inserts...
