Take a look at the bracket towards the rear of the cat.  There are
three bolts.  Bet they are loose.  There is a donut gasket between
the cat and the pipe, also.  Be careful if you try to tighten these
bolts.  Too much torque and you'll break the bracket off its hanger
and end up having to replace the hangar.  BTDT, sorry to say.  8-p !
