Over here, painted bumpers were optional on the 80 but the 90 had them as
standard (at least the lower half). When I finally get my car repainted,
I'm going to have the guy paint the bumpers, too- I'm not too fond of black
plastic either. And the rear bumper looks crappy since some idiot
overfilled my tank and it spewed 91 RON unleaded all over my bumper (that's
the last time I let anyone else fill my car). Of course, the bumper damaged
in last summer's crash was the immaculate front one...
Saw a 1986 80 quattro yesterday. Now that's a rarity here!
