Funny, it's always bothered me, too.  Usually used by local wannabe
Anglophiles, somewhere near the word bl**dy and a garbled bit of Monty
Python in a really bad accent.

Thank random chance that the Guinness revolution has made everyone
around here want to be Irish instead.  Most of them are actually French,
Indian or "A-A".

Where is that coffee?
