Here in Ontario they think drl are safer. All cars model years 1990 come   
forward drl is mandatory in this Province. General motors seems to think   
so too. All new generation Vettes come with drl.

Day or night, I just drive with my headlights on. It hasn't been proven
that drls are safer, but I'd just like to make my safety margin a little
larger which ever little way I can.
