Shifty behavior corrected.

Removed the suspect forward shift lever today (read - not fun) - Since I had
the brand new soft nylon ball socket and washer I elected to rebuild mine
and not use the one John K. sent me. About a 2+ hour job without dropping
the trans. My old nylon socket wuz toast. Shifting is wonderful again. Parts
cost is in de neighborhood of $5.00!
