Where's the Button??..trunk release

     The button on the trunk can be set in two different positions.  

     1) If the key slot is left vertical, then the key must be inserted and
turned clockwise EACH TIME so the button can be pushed in to open the trunk.  
     2) If the key slot is turned counter-clockwise 90', the trunk button is
unlocked whenever the doors are unlocked -- the key is thus not needed to open
the trunk when the doors are unlocked.
