New grease for door lock cylinders

In the winter the door lock cylinders on my 86 4kqcs freeze up.
(just like my VW's) The usual suggested solutions, penetrating oil etc,
work for a short time only. If I could find a source for the waterproof,
non-staining (very important) grease that new cylinders come with I
could do a clean and repack job and have a long term fix.

Any ideas?
