Weird CIS behaviour

No OXS, but I've got the frequency valve. The diagnostics don't fire it
and I replaced it with a known (old) good one.

It's new(ish). Doesn't mean it's not bad, though - it's the only thing I
haven't changed since I've had the problem.

No more than a fluid ounce or so.
It's coming to look like the accumulator, isn't it? Anyone had one go bad?
