Fabulous concept.  The fumes from your tank supposedly make it all the
way back into the ground at the oil field, via the pump hose, the
delivery truck, the storage tank, the delivery vehicle (boat?), the
refinery, the thin hulled ocean tanker...

Hey so long as I don't have to breathe that darn toluene while pumping,
it works for me!
