CD changer for 91 200 TQ

Hi,

I think someone has asked the same question before but I couldn't find it in the search engine. The FM modulated CD changer on my 200 TQ just went south. Anyone know if there is a direct aftermarket replacement. What I mean is the DIN adapters would fit so I don't have to get someone to install it. Any idea of the cost of a refurbished factory unit?
