Hey,
	I spoke to a VW exec at Bugout in Manassas VA last summer. He had a very
good knowlege of the chassis sharing and spoke to me quite extensively on
it. This is what I remember.

A02 - Current Polo platform which is a shortened A2 platform (Corrado Golf
2 etc)
A Chassis - was golf and jetta , now new Beetle, Audi A3 and other VWs
B Chassis - A4, Passat (stretched wheelbase) and VERY slightly widened I
think due to different body pieces.The P should only be wider by about an
inch.
C Chassis - A6  stretched and widened B chassis (more than just body panels
to widen).
D Chassis - A8
