RE: Different engines in S4 vs 200Q



I have been wondering about this for a long time.  Why are the S4 and
'91200Q engines so different?  The intake manifold seems very different and
cosmetically they are very different.  I understand there are a lot of
mechanical differences as well.  Why did Audi do this??  I know about the
overboost, but there really isn't much extra power in the S4, certainly lots
less than you can get on either engine with a simple computer change...
BTW, I think the 200Q engine looks nicer.
