Vince, I am a Master Audi/VW technician working in a VW/Audi/Porsche
dealership.  First I don't know what brand of rotors you used. I would be
surprised if they were Geniune Audi parts. They will not warp unless the
wheels were over torqured. Second Audi does not approve of cutting rotors. 
I have seen generic rotors warp with very low milege on them.

Don
