'91 200tq front spoiler?

Sorry for the BW, but I found this listing on a part place's webpage the
other day while looking for parts for my car

Is this the front chin spoiler like on Sarge's 200tq? Its not a part for my
car, but I know that a few listers have expressed an interest in this
spoiler in the past, so I figured I'd post it to the list just in case.
