80 vs 90
Paul,
The 80q and 90q share the identical body and drivetrain. The differances
seem to be in the trim level, although a highly equipped 80 can be close
(although slightly different) than the 90.
For 1990, options on the 80q are stuff like tilt/slide sunroof (steel, not
glass), ABS, cold weather package (heated seats, windshield squirters,
locks), sport pkg (sport seats & gauge pkg), theft system, ski pass- thru,
..
Things not offered on the 80q: Leather, glass sunroof (moonroof?), climate
control, 20V (90's had them starting in '90), ???
I don't know when the 90's got the colored bumpers, but the 80's had them
in '90 (got that?!?). I do have more specific info for the '90 model year
for both models if you're interested.
