Do any 4kq or 80/90qs 3:89s?

I know you have heard that '85> 4kqs and 80/90qs use 3:89 gears, but not
according to the fiche or liturature I have.  I am looking for a late rear
differential (bolt on mount "wings") with 3:89 gears, but it seems to me that
the only car with this combination is the late ur q.

Am I wrong on this one?
