urQ/MC problem

Collective Wizards, Recently started having hot start problems.Pulled
the injectors,placed 'em on the valve cover,in the bottom half of a shoe
box,ran the pump.Three of the injectors would spray briefly and stop.
"Good" sez I,They don't seat/seal,probably are sucking air back into the
fuel distributor.Replace them all.New green seals.Check residual press.
40 psi 30 minutes.System pressure 95 psi.Cold 24 psi. Warm 52 psi.

Car runs great. After a 2 hour rest,three cycles (10 sec.) of the 
starter to get it running. When it starts it sounds like it's only
running on 2/3 cyls.It then clears up and runs fine. When it is running
the duty cycle oscilates 45/49.

Any suggestions.Thanks.
