No, it's not yer kindly ol' Unka Bart's, but the one in Oregon he was
trying to buy back in December.  Anyone who buys this owes their thanks to
Scott Philiben who turned me onto the guy in the first place.

Well, I called the the guy and spoke to him (Dr. Paul Eckman) at his
office.  He wanted to sell, but obviously wasn't ready to sell just then.
So I went on.

Yesterday. to my great surprise, I found a letter from him in my mailbox.
He now wants to sell and has invited me to call him at (541) 388-3311
daytime, or (541) 382-8204 evenings.  I pass this invitation to you for
obvious reasons.

You may tell him what I said.
