RE: engine transplants into 80/90q
Oh great now you've gone and done it. Now I am looking out the window
at my 89 90q and imagining a 20v turbo under the hood, 16 inch wheels
and tires, and Porsche breaks (not to mention carbon fiber instead of
wood, and a sport steering wheel). My kids don't really need cloths,
food, etc. for the next year or so do they?
But seriously, does anybody know if the new 1.8T engines are the same
-or similar- block as the old Audi 1.8. Not that I would be thinking of
swapping one into my car ;^).
cheers,
chris perry
