Order? 3M Clear Bras?

The S4 that I purchased in October will be getting:

Detail Job
Paintless Dent Removal (hood & C pillar [how the PO got a dent here I
couldn't tell you])
Airbrush touch up (hood)
3M clear bra

Questions:

Any thoughts on the order of the above?
How do I remove the interior trim so the paintless dent guy can get to the C
pillar (pass side)?

Past research has shown that paint needs to breath or else it will haze/fog.
If this is the case how come people are using the adhesive clear film over
the leading edge of hoods, etc? In fact the Audi dealer in Denver has each
car done in this stuff. Any BTDT's? How does it hold up?
