The URQ arm will not work without modification, and only on the 4kq with mods 
as they share dimensions.  All that needs to be done is too put a slight bend 
in the rod to clear.

No need to go through all of that.  The only time you do not have vaccum is 
when you are in boost and that can be compensated for with a small vaccum 
canister.

You will have to use S2 components probably to keep the ac.  You should be 
able to keep it under 12k pretty easy unless you go for the 20vt which is what 
I would do.  Even then you might be able to do it for less than that.   I had 
very little mechanical expertise when I started mine but had a helper who had 
quite a bit.  5 months later I had quite a bit of mechanical experience.
