Stereo Upgrade

Hi, I own a 1991 Audi 100.  I would like the know the size of the factory
speakers in the automobile, so I could replace them with "high end" ones.  I
have speakers in the dash (front), and I have mids, and tweeters in the  rear,
but I don't know their sizes.  Can anyone who possibly has the same
automobile, or who knows, help me?  

P.S. Are their cutouts for door speakers, and if so what size?
        Is their a way I can replace the factory tweeters with "high end"
ones?
