No, but when we move to the new server, I plan to have a 
local list for the UK as well as other places.  This would
be geared towards mostly social events.
There really is not enough UK traffic in cars, parts, etc to
warrant separate pages (ie in the qmarket classifieds), or I 
would have set them up.
