What to watch for with a '94 90CSQ?

A friend of mine (on the Cc line) has found a very nice looking '94 90 CSQ
that he's interested in acquiring.

He's wondering what he should be looking for (weaknesses) and also what the
real-life fuel economy of the thing might be. Apparently, EPA is 18/24 and
he's curious if that's really true.

Oh, the car has about 45K miles on it and he's also wondering what a
reasonable price to pay might be.
