Some people might disagree with me, but I would say at this point, you
will probably end up putting in an additional 5k+ to have a "nicer" car,
and then some probably over the course of the next two years at least.  If
this is OK with you, go for it.  Remember that after you pour all that
money in, your car will still only be worth 2k.  Really.

I guess it depends on where your priorities are.  I have a 86 50000CST
right now which is really becoming a nightmare...I would love to move into
a newer / more reliable Audi.
