Why do YOU own an Audi?

Yeah.  And then you meet the "types" at quattro Club meetings who
won't take their precious ur-quattro out in the rain ...

I mean, WHY???

When Roger and I did our three-meetings-in-a-night stunt in January,
the landlord of the pub we started at had a 20V ur-quattro.  When I
asked why he didn't bring it out of the shed and park it next to the
other club cars - "It might rain".

The ur-quattro is designed to take it, and hand it right back.  Mine
just did a 450-mile round trip (down to Taunton and back) in appalling
conditions.
