Ur is an abbreviation of the German word for original, Urspruenglich I
think. So the Ur Quattro is the "original" Quattro.

There are a number of them, each with a different bias. As of now
there's not a Quattro List FAQ.

This was my impression at first, but it really isn't so much the
case--the thing is that the older Audis are the ones that are broken
more often and those owners more often need the assistance of the list.
Either that or the people with older Audis are just a bunch of
loudmouths :-)
