The urquattro rear seatbacks had a bit of a curve inward on the top
between the two "humps". If used unmodified on my 4000, there
would be an unsightly gap there, because my 4000's rear shelf is straight
all the way across. I was having all the seats reupholstered anyway,
so I asked the upholstery guy to fill the curve with extra foam
to make it fit my rear shelf before re-covering it with leather.
If the 4KS rear seatbacks fit your 4KQ, then I guess a 4KQ seatback
*probably* won't fit a Coupe GT, which should have the same rear
shelf as an urquattro. Unless, of course, if the seatback is
modified in a reverse manner (carve out a chunk to clear the curve
on the rear shelf).
