Rear Defroster Out on 90Q

My rear defroster has been out for a while on my car.  Whenever I push 
the button to turn it on, the little, orange triangle light does not come 
on and the wondow doesn't defrost.  What's weird is that before it went 
out, I couldn't get the oarnge light to go off, even if the button was 
not depressed.  I checked the fuse and it appears to be fine.  Does 
anyone know how I can fix this or what the problem is.  Feel free to 
respnd just to me.
