The PIAA's look blue, looking at the lens itself, but the light emitted is 
a kind of yellow.

This is according to their info.  I have a set of PIAA 950's (which I no 
longer see around) that need new lenses.  (BTW, don't try to pull your 
ur-q bumpers "in" to look like euro-bumpers, and leave the bolts out 
completely, and then drive around, and hit the brakes, etc.)  (it wasn't 
me!)
