[Fwd: 1986 4000S shifting problem]

Can anyone offer some suggestions? I recommended a fluid change... if it
hasn't been done in quite some time. What else?

Would you have any idea why my wifes car stays in what appears to be second
gear until the car is well up to operating temperature before it shifts to
drive?
