I already checked on that option.  Speedware won't discount.  They
usually have a couple of bars in stock (normally!!) and you are paying a
premium for that.

AutoCraze can't discount.  The direct quote I got from them was "you
couldn't order enough bars for us to be able to drop the price any
further."  They order their merchandise directly from Sparco in Italy
when you place the order.  (Mine was still sealed with the "Sparco" tape
on the box and only included instructions in Italian!)

Granted you need to wait a couple of weeks as it takes the slow boat
across the pond and gets shipped to your door, but I guess it depends on
how dear that $70 price difference is to you.
