Most likely warped brake rotors.

You can't "see" such warps by eye. Rotor only needs to be a small fraction
of an inch off perfectly flat to give you vibrations.

Does your car have a speedometer cable or does it have an all electronic
speedometer? If the former, then the cable is probably kinked or
something.

Yes, the cruise control ininduction pick-up is connected to the
speedometer.
