That's kinda what I've seen Andrew at 2Bennett use. He's got a notched
out piece of pipe, looks like like a piece of chain link fence pole, and
a long bar welded to it. You put the socket on the crank bolt first, then
the creation goes over it, and the extension goes through the creation
into the socket.
