Trying to remember what else I replaced when I went through this...

water pump & timing belt on the new engine
nice opportunity to clean all electrical connections and use dielectric
grease on them
I guess you've covered just about everything else

You might want to take a close look at your wheel bearings, CV joints
etc. to look for water/dirt contmaination.
