re: license plate mounting

My '85 UrQ had an unblemished front bumper.  I had a WI tag to mount.
Found that the center area on the air dam was blank (without ducts to
intercooler, etc.)  Used racers wire to discretely mount the tag without
permanent modification to the car.  Positioned between but behind my
under-bumper fog lamps, it is so un-obvious that I questioned its
legality.  So far, so good.
